Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of FixPro’s website fixpro.net.in and our appliance repair services. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Services

FixPro provides repair, maintenance, installation, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services for kitchen and home appliances. Service availability may vary by location.

Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must include accurate customer and appliance details.

  • Payments must be cleared before delivery of serviced appliances unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Technicians and delivery staff are not authorized to provide credit on behalf of FixPro.

Service Warranty

Repairs are covered under a standard 30-day service warranty unless otherwise stated. Spare parts are covered under the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty, as applicable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Bookings may be canceled before technician visit without charge.

  • If parts have been ordered or service initiated, cancellation charges may apply.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe access to the premises for technicians.

  • Provide accurate appliance information for diagnosis and repair.

Limitation of Liability

FixPro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, as permitted by law.

Independent Status

FixPro is an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with or authorized by appliance brands. Trademarks and brand names are used for reference purposes only.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore or Chennai.
